A simple trail built Zag to build strength, coordination, and uphill movement awareness.


For kids—and grown-ups too

Park play • Ages 3


The Spark


Find a small hill, slope, or grassy incline.


Try It


Bound uphill with big steps

Jog back down slowly

Add 5 jumping jacks at bottom

Stay balanced on uneven ground


Then Keep Moving


Keep the Zag going.

Take longer strides.

Add side shuffles uphill.

Touch the ground before turning back.


Movement adapts outdoors.
