The Spark


Find a short safe stick,

driftwood piece,

or natural object to carry.


Carry the across uneven ground

Balance on rocks or curbs

Add 5 squat jumps

Switch sides while carrying


Keep Moving


Move uphill.

Add short jogging sections.

Create longer carrying routes.

Movement adapts outdoors.
