Pick all or mix.

Stick the landing.

Breathe.


Try It


Jump Up • Reach high

Stick Landing • Freeze low

Side Jump • Land soft

Balance Hold • Stay still

Mini Squat • Reset


Keep It Going


Repeat 2–3 rounds.

Add height or slow it down.


Movement builds control.
