Morning light in autumn is cast over the Yarra River on the Yarra River Walk trail in Warburton, Victoria,. Australia

Sprylo started slowly.

The trail had just warmed in the morning sun.

Cool air still moved through the trees.

Step. Reach. Breathe.

Smooth movement.

Nothing rushed.

Sprylo liked beginning this way.

Feeling the ground first.

Feeling the rhythm.

The trail curved upward ahead.

Roots crossed the dirt path.

Rocks pressed through the surface.

Sprylo continued.

Still smooth—

but stronger now.

Steps became bigger.

More powerful.

Arms swung with purpose.

The climb grew steeper.

Sprylo pushed through it.

Steady breath.

Strong legs.

Focused movement.

At the top of the hill, the wind moved through the trees again.

Sprylo paused.

Looked back down the trail.

It had started softly.

But somewhere along the way,

the movement had changed.

Not wild.

Not forced.

Just stronger.

Sprylo smiled and kept going.

Smooth at the beginning.

Strong at the end.
