Twist slow. Reach long.

Pick all or mix.


Stay tall.

Move smooth.

Breathe.


Try It


Twist Reach • Turn gently

Reach Up • Stretch tall

Side Bend • Move slow

Arm Circles • Stay smooth

Forward Fold • Reset


Keep It Going


Repeat 2–3 rounds.

Move slower for control.

Movement opens the body.
